HOW TO REGISTER FOR AN EVENT
- Log On
- BUY BLOCK, DAY or COMPLETE CONFERENCE
- Go to MY MEMBERS PAGE
- Find MY ACTIVITY list
- Find each session for DFCON
- Click and REGISTER
- You MUST REGISTER for EACH SESSION/BLOCK
- Wait for your EMAIL LOG IN
- At the time of the session, click on the link
- Join in and have fun!

Can I buy everything at DFCON '09?
YES. You can purchase an individual BLOCK, a whole DAY package or even a COMPLETE package. To buy a BLOCK, click on it in the events calendar - at the top of the screen there are options to buy everything associated with that block, even the WHOLE CONFERENCE package.
Do I have to REGISTER for each block?
YES. DFCON is divided into sessions called BLOCKS. Each BLOCK has a secure log in which is emailed to you one you register. At the start of each BLOCK you click the link for it and join the session. Once a block has finished, you simply repeat this process for the next session.
How do I get into a BLOCK?
Make sure you have registered, and then simply click on the link for that particular session in your email. It's that easy!
When can I buy DFCON after it starts?
NO. DFCON is a PORTAL LIVE event only. It will be unavailable for purchase once the conference starts.
If you have purchased it prior to the conference start, then you have access to it LIVE and after for watching it as many times as you want!
When will I get my EMAIL log in for each sessions?
You will get these prior to the event in the week of DFCON. If you do not have these yet DON'T PANIC, they will arrive!
When will the sessions be ready for watching again?
We have a team at DFCON filming, editing and uploading at all times. The video's will be available for re-watching within several days after each session. Look for new video and visuals you would not have seen LIVE so its worthwhile watching again and again!
When are the FREE TRAINING events on?
Check the EVENTS CALENDAR during DFCON for FREE TRAINING EVENTS. Register for them, click the link in your email and then join the session to practice for DFCON!
How do I interact at DFCON?
You can type questions and have them answered for you OR if you have a microphone you can chat LIVE if the lecturer allows you. Please ensure all microphones are working prior to the event.
What happens if I have trouble?
DON'T PANIC. Check your internet connection, check your timezone, check you are trying to log into the right session. If all else fails email us at education@thefootspot.com.au
If you miss something, don't worry you can always watch it again at a later date...
